Ticket Station (Mauve)
The mauve, often called purple, Ticket Station is the original colour scheme of the Ticket Station by Benchmark Games. This is one of the more modern variants, with clear panels to allow customers to see inside as their tickets are cut up and counted.
Do you have an over stretched prize counter? Never enough staff, or you get swamped during busy periods? Fed up of hand counting tickets? Are you worried about fraud or stock loses? Perhaps you're thinking about getting into operating redemption and don't know what to do about handling all of the tickets? Well, the solution to these problems is easy - the Benchmark Ticket Station.
Ticket Station quickly turns redemption tickets into secure thermal printed receipts saving you both time and money and helping you operate more efficiently. As tickets are inserted they are drawn in slowly and then the mechanism ramps up the speed to run at an optimum rate.
The Ticket Station has a small footprint and comes with one ticket reader as standard, known as a 'Ticket Door'. The cabinet can be expanded any time with additional doors, allowing for 2, 3 or even 4 ticket doors / ticket readers to be installed in one unit.
Holding up to a quarter of a million slides tickets inside the patented scissor-cutter quickly and cleanly cuts all tickets. A unique automatic self cleaning mechanism which keeps everything running smoothly using a high pressure blast of air to clean any dust particles from the reader and mechanism.
Security worries? You want to make sure customers aren't using tickets from another place in exchange for your stock of prizes? The simple solution - use your own bespoke design barcoded redemption ticket. With two barcode readers, one for each side of the ticket, Ticket Station can be programmed to only accept your tickets and simply destroy all other tickets. The advantage of having two readers is that you don't need to have the barcode printed on both sides of your ticket, giving you extra room for your own branding on one side of each ticket. That way it doesn't matter which way around the tickets are inserted.
Each Ticket door has it's own independent computer for additional redundancy and reliability. The cabinet includes dual power supply units to power doors separately, so that in rare the event of a failure the other doors keep on running.
An integrated top-light keep you and your staff informed as to the machine status via the coloured lights, so you know if there's a problem right away, such as the sensor indicating that the bag needs emptying, a printer is out of paper or if there's a jam.
High tech digital motors provide torque control and auto shut-down features to protect against any damage if there's a problem and password protected accounting functions keep track of the number of tickets counted so that only you can reset the counter.
UDC supply secure printed thermal paper rolls to prevent customers from attempting to defraud you using printed receipts created elsewhere. Operators use the menu functions to customise the message printed on the receipt.
Our latest design Ticket Station is green and white and features Plexiglass side panels allowing the internal workings to be visible to you and your customers. Kids are fascinated to see the tickets sliced up as they are inserted. For you as an operator it allows you to quickly judge if the bag inside needs to be emptied to avoid it overflowing.
Many cashless and card systems work with Ticket Station, so if you're using one already let us know and we'll be able to ensure that your Ticket Stations work flawlessly with your system.
